New Year, new site + a blog!

bucket of red and orange flowers

In the winter, since our cutting gardens are truly seasonal, that means I spend most days working on the back-end of the business. With cold, windy, dark days, it’s a welcome task for me. Especially since I know I won’t have the time come spring, summer or even early fall.

I’m ordering seeds and supplies, planning out the year, dreaming up new workshops & on-farm events, and basically taking care of a lot of administrative things. I’ve already gotten most of the 2019 tax stuff pulled together (whew!) so I’m working on something that I’ve been wanting to fix all last year - the website! And part of that was creating a blog so I can keep a record of what is blooming each season. And if I’m being honest, I’m hoping it’ll function as a journal that I can look back on for inspiration, motivation and gratitude.
